Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too small or the style just isn't you—we'll issue you a refund. 

Q. How do I make a return? 

A. Contact sales@myplexusprint.com and explain your reason for the return. Send your item(s) to:

Q. What items are eligible to be returned? 

A. Items that are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted Damaged or Manufacturer Defectives must be notified within 7 days of receipt. 

Q. What If I my item is damaged? 

A. Damaged or Manufacturer Defective Returns will not need to be returned. Please contact sales@myplexusprint.com within 7 days of receipt to make a claim. 

Q. When is the deadline to make a return? 

A. Returned merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

Q. Can online items be returned to the PCH? 

A. No, at this time refunds will only be accepted through My Plexus Print. Returned merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

Q. When can the Ambassador expect to receive their refund? 

A. Your refund will be processed within 3 Business Days of receiving the returned items.

Q. Are refunds and returns issued back to the original payment method? 

A. Yes, all refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method.

Q. If I used a Gift Card to purchase merchandise, will I be refunded a credit onto my card. 

A. Yes, all refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method which includes gift cards. A new gift card will be issued for a future credit.

Q. What are the shipping/processing times for merchandise purchases? 

A. Orders will be processed and shipped within in 3 -5 business days.
